I was miserable about this particular product. I bought this product for my boyfriend as a Christmas gift. I spent at least an hour pouring over reviews to hopefully be buying something I thought that he would like. And I can’t say that people are not supposed to like it for the benefit of me knowing that my boyfriend was not going to like it. But my boyfriend has heard not anything but terrible things from his gaming friends who have had to revert to the ancient Garth Brooks stylishness headset because of all sorts of issues they have had with their wireless. We never opened it and tried it so we have no personal experience with it. But I wanted to exchange it for something else that my boyfriend would use and not just something that was going to end up amongst a pile of stuff that never gets used.

I bought this as a new product not refurbished , it was a gift for my son’s birthday. it came in a small ziplock baggie , no paperwork at all, my son plugged it up and it would not charge nor would it turn on. By the time I finally got it back from him the return in 10 days had ran out so I got burnt for 43 bucks on this one. I wrote Amazon , they never answered my letters, it appears when you buy from Amazon, you are dealing with some guy out in the middle of missouri effective out of his bedroom. send it all back and I ‘ll sell it to someone else, yeah I got suckered by Amazon, I went to walmart and bought one I could take back if it didn’t work, no thanks Amazon, we are done.

Wow….this was probably the largest dissipate of cash in my life. I spent 2 and a half hours trying to hook it up without instructions…when i finally got the instructions online it Didn’t work anyway….DONT BUY DONT BUY DONT BUY

Do no buy this product from the same seller. Product was advertised as new and came in just “as is”. Not in original package and does not have an instruction book. Not pleased with sale at all. A irritating beep also happens when the headset is turned on and happens even minute. You are better off keeping your original headset.
