Amazon shipped out my buy on time .I never received the product. The UPS customer service dept does not know how to type office hours & their drivers can’t read office hours that are in black and white in bold on a glass door.
Very miserable with delivery service. Amazon did their job!!!

Spindler, your kids sound as bone idle as you. You can’t take the time to pperate the product properly? Maybe you shouldn’t have spent the cash until you teach your kids some “cash” values.

It came to my door and we hooked it right up.The unit was dead like it did not work at all.How can i note on something that did not work.I questioned the company for an exchange and they said they couldn’t do that.Are they trying to tell me something.
