I disagree with J. S. Thomas Jethro not more than. Amazon, once told about the conundrum should have removed this listing until THQ rectifies the terrible key code issue. Evidently they still have terrible stock, as I received one last week. I wrote directly to THQ and they have not responded to me at all. I’ve requested a refund and will not repurchase this from Amazon unless directly told by them that the issue is corrected.

Can’t play this because many of the sports meeting shipped thru amazon came with BAD CD KEYS. Poor quality control from THQ and AMazon should have gotten in front of this. I’m sure it’s a splendid game…. BEWARE!!! Get this one at brick and mortar.

This game was simple to install and it’s nice to have all three editions in one. Playing the game is hard on Simple because the manual describes the items you need to battle but it doesn’t tell you how to take them.

The game is FIVE Stars and this is NOT a review of the game!!
First this is not Amazon’s fault and they quickly shipped a second game within ONE day, so bravo to Amazon. This is but, THQ fault. I recieved the game and tried to install but the game was asking for a 20 digit key code for Winter Assault. The booklet only had a 16 digit key code for winter assault and so it was giving an invalid key code error and I could not install the the original warhammer or winter assault.
I contacted THQ and they informed me it was a missprint on the booklet and to send the game back to Amazon for a replacement. Amazon promptly sent me a new game..GUESS WHAT…same Conundrum with only a 16 digit key code for Winter Assault and its asking for a 20 digit key code. AGAIN i called THQ and AGAIN they said it was a Missprint on the booklet.
Not all was lost i did get to load Dark Crusade which seems like a fun game, but very dissapointed in the fact that 2 times i recieved defective game codes and could not load all 3 sports meeting. Im giving it 2 stars due to the frustration of buying a game that is defective and having THQ their is NOTHING they can do but have me return the game to Amazon. I reflect THQ should be reimbursing Amazon for shipping costs..this is rediculous.
THQ get your act together…..
FOLLOW UP: This is NOT a REVIEW of the Warhammer Platinum Game Pack, but, just to point out a WIDESPREAD PROBLEM with the Key Codes issues THQ is aware of this and acknowledges. Also, to give other possible Warhammer players a Heads Up and to maybe Buy Locally in case you do have a key code conundrum.
Amazon has taken splendid care of me with this issue Twice Now. Although it would have been MUCH simpler to have bought locally and been able to run back to the store to replace the game.
Roll the dice if you buy online…But just BUY the game im having a blast playing the Dark Crusades part of the game and can’t wait to get the right key code to be able to laod Dawn of War and Winter Assault…Have Fun…
