The sequel to Capcom’s zany and innovative brawler. In Viewtiful Joe 2, Joe and his girlfriend Silvia — both now fully playable — are ready to face more challenging enemies and obstacles. Equipped with her pompoms for up close fights and projectiles for long space, Silvia proves that she’s as mean and cool as Joe himself. The title will boast a number of play and graphic enhancements, including a new special effect “Replay” option which allows players to do again an action sequence for what Capcom describes as very “heroic results.” New stages take Joe and Silvia owing to the jungles, the snowy mountains and of course, outer space. And to top everything off, the title dishes out some 40 new adversaries to keep Joe’s fists busy.

I wasn’t sure if I was going to get this at first. Until I read all the reviews I really reflect I’m going to get this game. Please nobody rate this “review” because I haven’t played this yet.

this game is going to be the bomb. unlike the last one(not saying its terrible, it was awesome) u can play as silva and/or joe. that is so kewl and with new vfx powers like replay that does three times the hurt, or three times the shape, or three times the hit that u get. awesome graphics once again and fine tale, i reflect. all i know is that this is going to be excellent.

The first game was entirely new and fresh. This one on the other hand, is nowhere near new and fresh. The only thing that could’ve saved it was multiplayer, and hey, lucky us, there is no multiplayer.
ONE STAR. BIG WASTE O’ TIME. That’s what I’d like to rate this, and probably should rate this, but there were a couple decent boss fights and potential-ups that prevented me from really hating it, but still doesn’t stop me from disliking it.
Get the first one for a excellent time, but skip the second one, because really you’ve already played that one when you played the first one.

This game is nearly completely re-used/recycled from the first version. WARNING you need to fight fire leo’s twin!!! if you can beat him you can beat Frost tiger easily! The gameplay is fun, but the cut scenes are for 3-year-olds. dont let that
stop you from buying it.BUT ONLY BUY IF YOU BEAT THE 1′ST ONE!!!

first of all i loved the first and i’m a gcn fanboy who is obsessed with splendid rpgs and action sports meeting so i had gotten a surprisingly large pool of rpgs but NO DECENT ACTION TITLES! then i saw the first in a magazine so i searched for some info on it and got it cheap at target ( $10.00s off ^ ^) and i loved it it was the best and next to all my zeldacube sports meeting and metroid prime this was one of my favorites then after i got obsessed with highscores and everything it became my second favorite (sc2 wuz betta)and now the sequall is here i’m so excited!
