The microphone stand is OK but for only one microphone. It comes with 3 clip holders but each one is for a different brand (Wii, PS3, Xbox). What if you want to hold 2 PS3 controllers in the same stand? Sorry that is not possible. I wish you can choose or order the clip holders that you need.

Please save your cash. I bought this to aid me in singing while playing guitar/drums on Rockband II. It was horrible because I had to stand so close to it, it messed up my playing giving me a lower score. It was not at all fun because I had to basically scream to even be registered (yes, I had the microphone tilted.) It is simple to place together would be the clear thing; but, you are better off as a lady stuffing the microphone down your bra to sing while playing.
What is needed is a microphone stand that bends midway (or let the fulcrum experts pick their spot after testing.) Hope this is helpful.

Bought this for Rock Band 2 on my PS3.
Mic stand is ok but its not that splendid.
Can probably buy a better mic stand for the price.
The ONLY excellent thing on this Mic Stand IMHO is the Controller Clips.
If I can do it over and just buy the PS3 Controller Clips that attches to a mic stand I would buy that instead.

This stand is very fun to play guitar and sing at the same time. Now when I play guitar, I find it eerie not singing, it seems like they go hand in hand now. Its fun. Havent tried druming and singing at the same time, but it looks like it would be able to handle it no conundrum. Comes with the clips for controllers (one for each wii, ps3, xbox360). Clips are plastic, but handles them very nice, and no worries about falling off or uncliping. The stand is very sturdy, Ive hit it a couple times with the guitar (too much into the song) and it still stands perfectly straight and no dents. The stand is adjustable for practically all heights (probably 2′6″‘ to 6′6″) The mic is place in place owing to a clamp and wont accidently slip off while playing. The only thing against it, is where the clamp part screws into the neck of the stand, it doesnt have a lot of threads, so if you overtighten or undertighten it will be a small loose. This is a bit irritating, but once you get it right, just dont tighten anymore, and it will stay in place. By and large, very fun, and built pretty excellent. Worth the cash. Amazon, made it simple to buy, and shipped very well.

The kids like this stand. Although sometimes it’s hard to pull up and down.
