I’ve been a huge ninja turtles fan ever since I was a 4 year ancient, so when i saw this game for sale, i chose to check it out. t was AWESOME!!!!!! Real excellent, solid beat em up game for the GBA with nice graphics and sounds. Only minor complaint is that its rather small. I recommend this for any beat-em up game or TMNT fan.

This 2-D side beat ‘em up game is similar to final fight, streets of rage, and golden axe. This game is just brilliant in every way, lots of high production regard. Fantastic graphics, excellent sound and music but a bit loopy, and just plain fun. The turtles have solid variety of moves and are well animated by the side of with the enemies. You can do super moves like call in extra turle companion for extra attack, not anything spectular but just okay. This game is a bit diffult for a beat ‘em up game. Cool CGI pic scenes which is pretty clean for gba. Nice cut scenes and extras. But the enemy and stage variety(few levels look similar, 7 by and large) is a bit lacking.
By and large a must have game for GBA and DS maybe.

I selected this up cheap when a store was closing down and I’m very pleased with it. If you played the ancient Konami Turtles sports meeting back on the NES or Genesis, then you’ll know basically what you’re getting here. I missed this straight forward gameplay and was pleased to get to experience that guilty pleasure again.
The only things I didn’t care for were what I consider fake advertising. They make it seem like you’ll have a bit of a RPG type of customizing of your characters. You are also supposed to be able to prowl the streets between missions. In reality, both of these are lackluster at best. You’re patrolling is just fighting random enemies until you die. Your customizing is mostly just playing the same character every level (except that you’re mandatory to play Raph more often) so you get more experience. If you switch guys, you’re at a disadvantage.
If you liked ancient stylishness Turtles gameplay, don’t hesitate to grab this one. Decent graphics, and it’s the bordering thing I’ve seen to the oldies.

I bought this game for my 5 year ancient and he likes it. It is one of the few sports meeting that he can play without my help every 2 minutes. It is very reminiscent of the ancient school Ninja Turtle arcade game from my own youth so it is fun for both of us.
