Though it’s not as entertaining as the Thomas “Splendid Festival Adventure” game, my 4-year ancient still enjoys it and frequently questions me to play it with her. For me, that’s what it’s all about…quality time with my small girl!

A must have for children 3-4 years ancient. When my son turns on the computer, Distress on the Tracks is the first game he reaches for.

This must be a very ancient release and I suppose, although I haven’t looked, that somewhere on the early annoucement it mentioned that it could only run on WIN97 but what I did see was that it was MS WINDOWS compatable and so I didn’t investigate further. Too terrible, because it wasn’t until I opened the packaging and read the manual that this was found out (it was NOT on the outside of the package). Huge disappointment. I don’t know who is running WIN97 anymore. Perhaps a bit more information and notice would be helpful when advertising this product?

My 3 year ancient grandson loved this game and was able to do all the activities. The only thing missing was being able to guide Thomas on the railroad with him as the engineer. At the end of the game, it would have been wonderful for the designers of the game to let Thomas ride around railways with the outcome being able to make stops and choices where to guide the train on the island of Sodor. It is a game he comes back to play with many times.
