This game is beyond terrible. If you are under the age of 50 do not buy this game. It is so dull and so slow to load each screen. Luckily, this one was a rental so it is less painful than if I in fact paid to own it. Please take my advice, unless you carry around an oxygen tank with you and have the IQ of a gerbil, pass on this one.

I’m very dissatisfied with this game. I bought it for my grandparents assuming it would be a splendid game for grown-up people. I went by their place and played it today and found that no matter what answer you give 9/10 I would get the answer incorrect.
The entire game is in cartoon form, for the exception of the harvest being showcased for you to give a price on. The harvest are in fact video clips of real world harvest. They’re “showcased” by the actual women on the real show.
This just doesn’t sit well with me. Considering that I know how companies and brands are desperate to get their harvest out and in front of the consumer I’m not pleased with paying to be boogled with sales pitches. Plus, I’m sure the companies being showcased on the game, probably paid to do so.
It seemed like no matter what I entered I would never win the showcase. I found myself just listening to ads over and over. I eventually just got bored with the whole thing and turned it off.
I don’t recommend this game at all.

I thought it was going to be a lot more fun. It is ok if you play with a group but alone it sucks.

The release-player game effectively recreates the Price Is Right experience. The sounds and visuals effectively recreate the show. It doesn’t force you (or let you) watch the other contestants so you only have to focus on yourself, get on stage, do one game, spin the wheel, and if won on the wheel you play for a showcase. Before getting on stage, you just bid up to 6 times until you win. If another contestant wins, you just skip to the next bidding session. The sports meeting seem like a decent renaissance for nostalgia, but aren’t as fun as other minigame collections. If you lose when spinning the wheel, game over. I reflect it is excellent it makes it a small hard to get to the showcase confrontation. The showcase confrontation is decent where each showcase has 3 video panels that show you real video of showcase items like you would see on the show. Then you bid or pass.
Playing with multiple players is really terrible. I really wish they just let another player join the release-player experience mentioned above and bid as well. But instead the multi-player part is different, shorter, and much less fun. You play only with as many real players as you have. There are no computer players to fill empty spots. So if you have 2 players, you are bidding to get on stage with only the two of you. The 2nd player might as well choose higher or lower than player 1s bid and bid $1 over player 1’s bid if they are low or bid just $1 if they reflect player 1 bid high. Player 1 gets a terrible deal when bidding. Then it gets worse, only the winning bidder goes on stage once, then both players play showcase confrontation. The winning bidder chooses a game from a list of a few sports meeting, then plays it. There is no wheel. Then you both play showcase confrontation. In multiplayer it is super simple to get to the showcase confrontation since there is no way to avoid it. So it zaps the fun from the release player part that makes it at least a goal to get to showcase show down. I don’t know how many showcases they have recorded, but if there aren’t many, you will burn owing to all of them quickly when playing multiplayer, which worries me about ruining the showcases from the release-player game. So in multi-player you both bid, one player plays a game, no wheel, then showcase, then game over. Do again if you want. It should have let each player on stage to play a game, or let you bid & play up to 6 sports meeting on stage, and have computer players to fill empty spots, and have the wheel.
By and large the game is a bit of a let down. The release player experience would be splendid for nostalgia. The multiplayer is terrible. If the price is right (for this game), it still might be worth it for nostalgia or a super-simple game. At higher prices it seems a poor regard.
