I bought this game for ten dollars. I was not expecting much. Instead, I have spent many hours this vacation playing the campaign mode and skirmish mode. It is a simplistic game no doubt. The last part of the campaign when you try to ruin the submerged fort right out of James Bond? I had to figure out how to ruin it. You must let it go, catch up to it, and then wait for the timely. Then, attack it with no matter what. This will do again three of four times, then credits. Buy this game if you like a 90% stress free game that allows you to win. Caution! 10% of the game in fact needs you to reflect. AI in the game is honest to poor.

My two sons ages 11 & 12 have played with this for over a year. That pretty much sums it up.

This game is splendid. The tale line was pretty cool but yes as other reviews state I was disappointed that you couldn’t completely control your ships. Everything else was enjoyable. Nice approach game. Splendid battles.

This game has very small to offer as far as action. The approach required for this game is very minimal. I have a variety of sports meeting and can say some are geared more toward kids and some are splendid for adults. This one is more for kids (not being sarcastic either). If your looking for a excellent approach game, this is NOT the one and keep looking! Furthermore, Konami (game publisher) seems to have very poor sports meeting by and large. This was NOT my first game by Konami but will more than likely be my last!

Not being able to in fact be the one to fire the weapons is a let down. I wanted to battle, not just strategize.
