The game is a faithful reproduction of the PC version of SC2K. All functionality is present, even if a bit more cumbersome to access on the smaller screen. Everything from the opening music, to the newspaper tales, all the way up to the Arcos is included.
One word of caution to prospective buyers…thus far I have been unable to find a way to multitask while playing this game (played on a Toshiba e310). While the game is running, the ability to access other PDA functions seems to be disabled.
That said, SimCity fans will not be disappointed. The graphics are very sharp and the interface is quite friendly (even if a small different from the PC version).

I have played this game for a couple of weeks now and it is still enjoyable. I understood how to play with the brilliant manual but it is too large to print and only comes in the Adobe Gymnast Reader. There is no tutorial, but the game was simple to get the hang of. It takes awhile to build the city that you were hoping to build but when you end the scheme, it is fun to keep your city going for many years. You can brilliant many different disasters that can happen to your city so that you’re not always bored waiting for the cash to rack up. By and large, this is the best game I have played for the pocket pc; seriously.
