Much better than the first Risk, I wish I had bought this one first! It has the classic Risk like Risk 1, a tournament Risk, and online playability. My largest complaint is that no one else is ever online though! So buy it and play against me people! I like that they incorporated online gameplay because I get so sick of beating the computer. Risk 1 is way too simple, but Risk 2, on Tournament mode, provides a challenge and variety. Also you can play with up to 8 altogrther (human or computer). I knew I had the right game when I mumbled “I’m sick of losing” to my husband and he answered, “So you don’t like it, huh?” “No, I like it! I despise winning all the time, too!” Which was my conundrum with the first. So this version has a nice balance and many more challenges, though I will agree with another reviewer that it sucks restarting the whole tournament when you get so far and fail one scenario. I wish I could restart at that scenario and not have to replay from the beginning again! But by and large I like it and highly recommend it and hope many more people buy it and get online! Let’s fight for World Domination!

always one of my favorite penetrate sports meeting and now without the tedious and time consuming set up. and no “accidental” bumps of the penetrate scattering pieces.

I downloaded the game. The download was labeled XP/VISTA. I switched to XP SP1 mode in Outlook 64. It will start to play then always freezes at some point wanting me to trade cards, but not allowing it, nor allowing me to continue. No fixes that I can find.
Also, no save…no fun when you can’t sit owing to an entire game in one meeting. Who makes a game like this and forgets the SAVE?
I paid with a credit card and will be disputing the charge if no refund is given…

Right to the original in nearly every way. Colors and graphics are nice. The only personal inclination I have (and I won’t deduct points for this,) is I wish the rapid-play didn’t have to be triggered at each turn. Download Sports meeting site at AMZ seemed new…and a splendid thought.

Risk addicts will delight in this version as it offers many unique ways of playing. Being one who did all night Risk sports meeting in college was really pleased to see this product.
