My daughter bought this game. I had to help her because she can not ready well yet. I got hooked on this game. Yes, like the other reviewer, the graphics are not splendid, but it is a fun game that you will go back to every day, if not more often. I recommend it.

I bought on Christmas for my two daughter who like to play an DS game. All I can say is that my two daughter don’t pay any attention to this game. Never see my girls playing the game. I on’t know is the reason is because is dull.

I am a 56 year ancient grandmother who is hooked on my ds lite sports meeting. From the product description and the release review available on Amazon, I thought Puppy Palace would be more like the Paradise Pet Salon game I play on my computer. In fact, the graphics are very primitive, there is no interior of any pet store that you can in fact see, and you do not have a character that interacts with any other characters.
If this game were to be rated by age, I would suggest it for a 6-year ancient. All you do is pet the puppy with your stylus to groom it and to praise it for doing a trick correctly — and that always in the same location on your screen — or “toss” a ball for it again with the stylus. THAT’S THE ENTIRE GAME! Doesn’t seem like a excellent thought for your screen, and is certainly dull within a few minutes. You have no control over the puppy sales, that is done “intangibly” by your staff in that pet store that you will never see. PASS IT UP unless you are buying it for a 6 year ancient and can get it for $10 or less.

My 10-year-ancient daughter and I both really loved this game. It takes a few mintues to figure out what you’re supposed to be doing, but once you get the concept of buying puppies and increasing their regard owing to grooming and training, it’s a lot of fun to grow your affair. There is a exchanges area where customers e-mail you with supplies, and if you’re sharing the game with someone else who is building their own affair, you can e-mail them and visit their store, too. The puppies are cute, but I reflect that there could have been more graphics to give it a better “pet store” feel. Also, we have already maxed out our stores’ progression potential after a few hours of play, but it’s still fun to train and sell, or even start over with a new store.
