I bought this to get my PS 2 guitar to work with the PS 3. It doesn’t, at least not yet, so it’s hard to give this product a thumbs up

This item worked fine for me no delay. I’ve used it for MGS4, Tekken 6 and NBA 2k9. Worked fine for all three. And if it doesn’t work on a steering wheel or sword or something, it’s because it cost 10 bucks. Not because it’s faulty.
