I bought two of these so that I could play Guitar Hero 1, 2, and the 80’s on the PS3, but alas, neither of them worked. For a split second, one worked and then it was gone.
It’s possible there’s something that can be done and I haven’t really given up yet as I really NEED this to work, but I doubt it. If I do find something, I will update this review.

I bought this and my wireless ps2 controllers work just fine… my Guitar for Guitar Hero not so much. My PS3 went wacky when I tried pluggin in my Guitar Hero 2 Guitar … Havent found ample fixes for that yet..

I was very miserable with this controller adapter. I got the depression by reading reviews that it would work with my DDR dance pads and DDR PS2 sports meeting on my PS3. It does not. The only controller adapter I have every found that does work has been discontinued by the manufacturer. What a bummer!

Works well to transfer ancient information from PS2 to PS3. Your PS3 has to have backwards capability, which few do. Used with memory card adapter.
