Despite all the hype of the PS2 I do not believe it willsurvive the upcoming Next Generation Console Wars. The Sega Dreamcast,the first of the next gen systems, released more than a half a year ago already has ground breaking sports meeting that are not only gorgeous to look at and hear, but also have incredible gameplay. Some of the fantastic DC sports meeting include Soul Calibur, Dead or Alive 2, NFL2K, NBA2k, Crazy Taxi, and Resident Evil Code Veronica. The PS2, in comparison to the Dreamcast, graphically is sub-par. The graphics are very terrible in fact, considering its DVD based 128bit graphics, but resemble CD based 32bit graphics. With the upcoming Microsoft X-BOX and Nintendo’s next gen system, codenamed Scheme Dolhpin, there will be the most gaming consoles on the market since the days of the Nintendo Entertainment System. There is only room for 3 consoles on the market at one time, barely, and after seeing the X-BOX in action I know it will most likely to survive. The Dolphins specs already beat … the PS2 and with a more affordable price and the strong 1st and 2nd party development I believe Dolphin will as well come out on top, leaving PS2 dead.

I reflect that when I get playstation two it will never becomeboring but it might cost a lot……. The First game that I getfor it is going to be Grand Turismo 2000! and maybe Ridge Racer becasue that’s getting some really excellent reviews lately! END

I reflect GT2 is one of the best racing sports meeting. The graphics are Really excellent and theirs over a million cars and tracks to choose from and if you like racing game I suggest you try Grand Turismo 2!

All of folks who are so into this PS2 need to wake up. The Nintendo Dolphin is coming, with an IBM Coppermine chip(gold .18 leads inside) that runs at a way quicker timer than the Emotion Engine. You reflect PS2 is the next level? Wait until you play the Dolphin.
