When you play a game like Zuma, where you have to keep constant pressure on the toggle to aim, this controller doesn’t work too well. It’s cool looking, but in the dark it’s really bright (not excellent for sensitive eyes or when you wear eyeglasses) and kinda distracting when you’re looking at the screen to play a game and you can see the glow out of your peripheral vision. I reflect I’m going to get a blue Sony dual shock controller and send this one to my small brother.

I bought this Playstation 2 Lava Glow Wired Controller for my nephew and he absolutely likes it. His word was “Awesome.” It does not have the vibration function of some other controllers but he says he does not miss it. He says the lava blue liquid in the handles of the controller is really cool. He likes the blue light that it emits when in use. (Blue is his favorite affect.)
This contoller was less expensive than the regular black controller that is standard for Playstation 2. It seems to be just as sturdy as the other contollers. He is very rough with his game equipment and still no funtional or hardware problems.
I am glad I chose this controller for my nephew. He really enjoys it.

I LOVE this controller. The fact that it lights up makes gaming in the dark incredibly fun. It works very well, though the square button sometimes sticks.
