PictureLogic puzzles are also known as Picture logic, nonograms, paint by number puzzles, or picross puzzles. These puzzles have been all the rage in Britain and Japan and now they are spreading to the rest of the world. It’s like doing a crossword puzzle, except that you use logic and deduction instead of verbal skills. You start with a grid which has numbers by the side of each row and each column. The numbers indicate the length of the blocks which are filled in, but not how many chairs are between them. The goal is to fill in the grid to match the numbers. When you end, you have made a picture. – Scrolling, with puzzle sizes up to 25 x 25. – Make your own puzzles and challenge a friend. – You can also input the numbers for a puzzle into MemoPad and then open it with PictureLogic. – Many, many other features including hints, error warnings, undo, hard button control option, left-handed option, check solution, two penetrate views, affect selection choices, a puzzle solver, a tutorial, and an original puzzle collection1 (25 puzzles) are included. – A large pool of free contributed puzzles (over 1,300 puzzles) is available at the web site http://www.TrefoilKnot.com.
