Product Description
Overlord II is the sequel to the hit warped fantasy action adventure that had players being delightfully despotic. In Overlord II, a new Overlord and a more powerful army of Minions take on the Glorious Empire, an advanced Romanesque nation, in a truly epic, yet familiarly warped, adventure. As the Glorious Empire conquers kingdoms and destroys any sign of magic it finds, it¿s time to go Favorite Maximus with a rousing weep of ¿Veni, Vidi, Vici¿ and send in the horde. The Minions return smarter, deadlier (and more amusing) and are ready to fight in large scale battles that will see their wild pack mentality squaring up to the organised legions of the Glorious Empire. As ever, they¿ll do anything and everything the Overlord commands of them, especially now that they can run ravage and wreck buildings and scenery. They¿ve also learnt to ride: In Overlord II, Minions will be able to mount up and ride wolves and other magical creatures around the landscape and take them into battle, making our band of merry fighters quicker and fiercer than ever beforeAmazon.com Product Description

Keep in mind that this is a review based on the demo on the playstation network. Which you can also download. For free. So why are you reading my review first? Because you want to save hours and hours of downloading, of course.
Have you played the first Overlord? Well, this is very similar, with more clubbing of baby seals and better controls.
But if you’ve never played an Overlord game or demo before, here’s a brief description: This is a 3rd person view game. You are an Overlord dressed in a huge suit of armour. Never would have guessed that one, huh? You can walk around and whack things with your sword if you like. But that’s not the point of this game. In Overlord, the focus is on your minions (Also knows as small impish demons you can call forth from hell) Now I know that may not sound like an appealing sort of game to some people, but it’s not like it sounds.
This game presents you with a more cartoonish view of those demons…they are out to cause mischief…okay and to kill things for you, but in a cartoonish way. The more things you kill, the more minions you can summon, and trust me, you want more when those pesky elves come after you. If you happen to find some wolves, your minions can use them for mounts. More fun for all!
If you liked the first game, you will probably like the second one even more. If you haven’t played one before, download the demo and see what you reflect. I’ll admit, just based on the demo, I like the controls and camera a excellent bit better in the second one than the first one. Delight in!

The game has not bored me. Being evil can be fun. Brown minions are my favorite even though they are the first you start with. Loading can be a pain though, but wich game isn’t. God of War III

I bought this game about a month ago and I have been playing this game unfailingly. Referring to other reviews, I don’t see how anyone gets “lost” in this game if they’re in fact paying attention to what’s going on in the game. On the contrary, if you look on the map, there’s a small exclamation point that shows you where you’re supposed to go.
I haven’t completed this game 100% but I’m nearly there. By and large, I reflect I’ve seen enough to easily earn this game 5 stars. I would absolutely recommend this game to any of my friends.

Highly recommend you play Overload 1 first. Overload 2 is even better than the first game, which was really excellent. Game has plenty of levels and game play, fun puzzles, and full of humor. Not for young children. It is the one game that I won’t let my boyfriend play without me in the room to watch.
