I bought the Nancy Drew mystery sports meeting for my grand-daughter, Katelin Hancock, age, 15. She has all of them up to date, plays them repeatedly, and shares them with friends. She started with the beginning one when she was 9 or 10 years ancient and has found much pleasure with them. I highly recommend them for teen-agers.

Hi, I like Nancy Drew, and I reflect this is Herinteractive’s best game since Danger on Deception Island! I highly, not to mention strongly, recommend this game! In this game, you get to snorkle for shells to make hawaiin neclaces, fish for ulua (hawaiin coast fish) and more! Most people reflect The creature of Kapu cave is the worst Nancy Drew. Don’t believe them! People who complain that it’s a small game in fact print a walkthrough, zip owing to the game and then, start complaining!
Herinteractive has even made new features!
1. You can switch from Joe Hardy, to Frank Hardy and to Nancy Drew by calling each character on their cellphone!
2. You can change the design of the control panel on the bottom of the screen!
3. Go snorkeling for shells to make gorgeous necklaces to trade for Huge Island Bucks!
4. Program your GPS (Global Postitioning System) to navigate from rainforests to even Kapu cave!
5. Explore the Hilihili research facility!
6. Look owing to the boss of Hilihili’s stuff while he is in the same room, snoozin’!

I loved this game a lot! It was really simple, and that’s how I like the Nancy Drew sports meeting to be. This one took place in Hawaii, which is really cool. Really, the toughest part of the game is when you have to collect “Frass”. Doing that seems to loom over you, but it’s really not that hard. Once you end with that, you’re nearly done. What I found weird was the ending. Yeah, you have to get away from the villian, but doing so is eerie. Instead of the villian trying to kill you (like in The Haunted Carousel) or the villian spraying stuff in your eyes and blinding you (like in Treasure in the Royal Tower) this villian tries to get away, but the end scene is sort of like a game penetrate type thing where you try to beat the villian to the door.
The people you meet are: Mike (Huge Island Mike) Mapu (the guy who owns the store), Pua Mapu (Mike’s daughter; she teaches people how to surf), Dr. Quigley Kim (a doctor who questioned Nancy to be a research assistant for her), and Dr. Craven (the scientist at the Hilihili Research Center). You talk to several people on the phone also. The coolest part about the game (in my opinion) is that you can switch back and forth between Nancy and Frank or Joe Hardy and play as either one of them (kind of like in Last Train to Blue Moon Canyon, only you can play as Frank or Joe longer). All three of them do a small bit of solving the mystery.
By and large, if you like simple Nancy Drew sports meeting, this one is for you.

Yet another utter disappointment from Her Interactive. This game, while considerably better than Danger by Design, is yet another dull, time-wasting game in a long string of Nancy Drew inspired PC sports meeting. What happened to the creativity and intrigue of The Curse of Blackmoor Manor, or The Secret of the Scarlet Hand? Get your ancient game creators back Her Interactive! Your four most recent game STINK! I’ve completely lost interest in ND computer sports meeting since The Secret of the Ancient Timer, and just sold my entire pool in our yard sale. The Creature of Kapu Cave had no substance whatsoever. I played, lost interest because not anything was happening, and then solved the case without any of the excitement that I used to have for past sports meeting. This is the last one I’m ever going to buy. My interest in Nancy Drew sports meeting is officially expired.

I liked this game a lot. It was clean because I’m from Hawaii so it was kinda cool. The only reason I’m giving it 4 stars and not 5 is because the game isn’t completely clear on what you need to do at times. There were times that I found it more fascinating to play Joe Hardy on the beach rather than not know what to do with Nancy. The tasks that Quigly gives Nancy aren’t very clear. She doesn’t give her very excellent directions, so you might need to find a walkthrough for those parts.
I liked the new graphics and the new features. Having Frank and Joe Hardy was a excellent addition. The graphics were wonderful. It was also an fascinating plot. By and large this is a excellent game, my only complaint is that it’s not very clear at times of what you’re supposed to do.
