This game was so much fun and was such an adventure. The puzzles were not too hard, but were hard enough that sometimes you needed help. The graphics/gameplay was a small slow, but still super enjoyable.

Splendid game. This is for a thinker. It is not action-packed, but rather deliberate and intriguing. It was fun on PS2. I wish there were more Myst sports meeting in this format.

I was given a heads up to the Myst series by a relative who had played the sports meeting and also loved them. At the time I was starving for a splendid puzzle game. Recently a lot of PS2 sports meeting I had heard of or played were comprised of only unadorned puzzle solutions. Being a huge fan of puzzle sports meeting, I really wanted a challenge. Puzzles that made me reflect, but were also extremely fun to solve was what I was looking for. So, upon seeing this game in EB one day, I chose to try a Myst game for myself to see if it delivered on the goods.
And, does it ever! The puzzles are complex and require you to place on those thinking caps. Backtracking or taking clarification of things are also key in this. The puzzles are fun, challenging, and leave you feeling with a sense of satisfaction when you’ve solved them. In small, this is a puzzle-lover’s dream game. Honestly. I have to say, Myst 3 delivers on what it promises.
When it comes to the graphics and sound, they are also stunning. Each area you go to is rendered with painstaking detail. The developers obviously place a lot of effort into making this game. I found myself pleasantly surprised and impressed. Sound-wise, it’s very crisp. The music that plays during the game really sets the atmosphere. It can make the player feel cool or, on the other hand, give off a sense of loneliness and emptiness of a nearly uninhabited world.
The gameplay is also fun – Myst 3 is a point and click adventure. Now I should probably give a warning here. If you despise point and click sports meeting, you won’t like Myst 3. But, if you’re someone like me that enjoys them, you won’t have a conundrum. There also isn’t much of a lag when you click from one area to another. Sports meeting like this can have that conundrum in varying degrees; but Myst 3 tends to handle it better than most I’ve seen.
One thing that really surprised me above all was the acting ability. Myst 3 incorporates real actors into it’s tale. They show up as various characters within the game. Initially, I was sceptical of this as I’ve seen a lot of sports meeting not honest very well when they do this as the actors can seem cartoonish. But, not these actors/actresses. They all play their parts with the exact acting capability and the proper degree of seriousness for their work. They make the tale fascinating and bring life to the people they’re portraying.
So, if you like puzzle sports meeting and want a challenge with an fascinating tale, I’d recommend Myst 3.
