Millennium Mantra

Amazon.com Review
Based on a way of life called Wingshee, which is a culmination of many world religions and cultures, LaMa Media’s Millennium Mantra is a set of three non-violent sports meeting underscored by soothing music.

This game’s required tasks are unadorned and involve small more than clicking your mouse on the right spots at the proper times. As you progress, the levels require deeper concentration and increased dexterity. Your progression from one level to the next is supposed to enable peace of mind as well as a deepened consciousness. In between each level, one of hundreds of mantras pops onto the screen for you to ponder, such as “Remember to breathe.”

While the object of the game is to earn points, you only do so in order to upload them to TheAll.com Web site. If all the world’s Millennium Mantra players communally earn 6 billion points–a point for every human being on earth–before the year 2000 “the All will release the Millennium Mantra, thus spreading clear energy . . . like a splendid ripple over the globe.” If this game concept seems too New Age for you, rest poised: Millennium Mantra’s publishers claim, “You don’t have to believe; you only have to play.” –Cintra PollackAmazon.com Product Description
