We test the item once and not spend more than 2-3-4 minutes. If any problems noted we immediately take them out of sale without any attempts to repair.
You have to know how to fix the console if you buy it. Wires are not included.

This guy advertised a nearly new XBOX console for sale. Sure, the console is new enough, but he never sent me a controller!!!!

My review is for the actual XBOX not the person selling it! Why would you sell a broken system(s) then say its the responsibility of the buyer to have it fixed! I for one sure hope before anyone buys anything from you they first read this page! I nearly had the misfortune of buying it with the intent that it would work when I got it! FIX YOUR CRAP OR PULL IT FROM THE SITE! Why would anyone want to buy your BROKEN GOODS?
