Konami has replaced the moronic enemies from the first MGS with more intellectual and capable foes; this causes an even greater emphasis on secrecy than the original. The controls have been refined and Snake’s repertoire of moves has grown, significantly deepening the gameplay. This is, technically and stylistically, one of the best-looking PS2 sports meeting on the market. The sound is also topnotch, with a fabulous score and outstanding voice acting. What makes this game such a project, but, is how all of these sight, sound, and tale elements combine to immerse the player into an entertainment form somewhere between movie and game. Let’s see, pay the same price now to play the game on an inferior system that maxes out at 30 million polygons, or play it off of a system that can carry out 100 million polygons with features that would kill the poorer PS2. Don’t spend your cash here, get the XBox, then get Metal Gear Solid X.

I’ve played the demo for this game and it is not exciting. All you do is hide. I am not a fan of this series by and large. The tales are dull and simplistic.

Why buy this game now when an enhanced version will be coming out in 6 months for XBOX? If you plot to own XBOX in the future, I’d certainly hold off on the PS2 version.

Why? This game is just a sequel, it is not anything really new. All what you could do in the prequel you will be able to do in MGS2. It`s all about sneaking around, killing stupid enemies, fighting some bosses and finally destroying a radiculous tank. That`s so dull. The game is very violent and that is why kids, the only people who will delight in MGS2, shouldn’t be allowed playing this game. I give one star for this no-brainer, because of its title that make me laugh every time I read or hear it.

I hear people sayin’ this game is GREAT, AWESOME, BEST GAME EVER! Yes, I reflect this game looks excellent. Purrrty graphics, nice physics, and the Animated Cinimatics are pretty cool. I don’t reflect this will be the best game ever. It looks nice and all but I’m just not that intrested in it. I want some excellent charecter reaction. When you shoot and kill someone they kinda stand there for a while and then fall over. Sometimes I find myself shooting them more that I have to. I’m not to pleased about modern sports meeting now. Everything, every level is in a small indoor environment. Who wants to stand there and look at a dull ceeling when I could see butiful birds flying around and a fully 3D sky. In the demo you were inside a boat for 90% of the demo. I really hope this changes. You can probably expect a better (or worse) review when the final game is out. One more thing. I reflect Console sports meeting have very pixilater graphics. Graphics I say are one of the most inportant aspects of a game, then level design, then tale then wepons. This game dosn’t seem to fully do it for me. I’m still waiting. Long-sufferingly.
