I bought this headset expecting them to be the bes of the best!, but i rather play with some gummy JVC $10 headset than this enourmus piece of junk, YES they look nice, YES they’re well built, but when it comes down to what really matters SOUND………They suck, they issolate you from the ambiance of the room, but they give you no sound, so its nearly like being in a closet an listening to the TV on the next ROOM!……..A COMPLETE RIP-OFF, i dont know why so many people gave them 4 or 5 stars! I just got off the phone with Logitech and it seems that Windows sees the G35’s USB Driver as it’s own sound card….So, it looks like Windows can’t use both the computer’s on penetrate sound card and the G35’s USB sound card at the same time…bummer
So if you want to watch a movie on your computer and use the Logitech G35 Headset no one else in the room will be able hear the movie
In my case I wanted to have the speakers turned on so I could still have the vibration of the sub-woofer well using the headset in iRacing (a racing sim)….looks like that won’t happen unless someone has a work around.
So if your thinking of buying a set of Logitech G35’s (or any USB headset) be aware of this draw back
wish I would have known this before I bought them…so for me the Logitech G35 Headset is a hundred dollar paper weight…Bummer
as for everything else IE: sound,comfort,Mic all seemed to be fine I just need to have the speakers effective at the same time

The headset cause your system performance to drop considerably in sports meeting. They also cause crashes and lockups. DO NOT BUY. Just sent mine back. Windows 7 64-bit.

I bought this headset yesterday from a local fund.
The Pros –
Very comfortable headset. The clarity is very crisp and clear. The bass sounds splendid and the treble is exact. It gives you a really immersive gaming experience.
The Cons –
The volume control/level on this headset SUCKS! There’s no other way to say it. Even with everything cranked all the way up, it’s not loud enough. I have a Creative Fatal1ty headset that has a higher volume than this headset does.
Other thoughts –
I had the headset for MAYBE 2 hours and I returned it for a full refund. If the volume level were higher, this would be the headset to have for gaming. There were times when playing Call of Duty: World at War that I couldn’t hear someone near me until they had their gun blazing and by that time, it was too late.
P.S. –
Before anyone makes the statement that you have to have a proper sound card to get the full benefit – I have an X-FI sound card and everything sounds utterly incredible on it.

Its awesome! The quality of the things it consists of gonna blow YOUR mind away))),,,First 2 reviews are not fake-everything is right. Sound quality is beyond any words…software will help YOU to adjust G35 and satisfy any of demands customer could reflect up!!!
Not cheap…but it worth it if you like quality stuff!!!
