I do not know if it is defective, but we were disappointed to find that this item does not work with any of our equipment.

I should have listened to the reviews. Within 15 minutes I was so mad with this joystick I pitched it into the trash. I’m a Mac user and it didn’t work for me at all. No matter what game I played, it kept moving characters backwards even when I wasn’t touching it. Calibration is terrible. Do not take a chance with this one, I did, I lost.

We bought this joystick to go with a computer game that son has. It’s not effective and we aren’t sure what to do. We’ve tried recalibrating the stick several times with no luck. It works for a few minutes and then the firing trigger stops effective. It’s a real disappointment for us.

I own Logitech everything, from Sub woofer sound system to Orbit ball mouse to this joystick. EVERYTHING they make is GREAT!!!
No problems whatsoever with anything they make, including this #1 joystick…
It’s miles above the Wingman 2 that I used to own.
