Choose from 38 qualified boxers from all weight classes including Evander Holyfield, Ike Quartey, Lennox Lewis, Michael Moore, Shane Mosley, Oscar De La Hoya, “Sugar” Ray Leonard, and Muhammad Ali. For some quick action, choose any two boxers and penetrate an Arcade match. Arcade matches are less realistic and can result in quick knockouts. But, you can also choose to play in a simulation Exhibition match, where you must master ring strategies and wear down your opponent. If you are looking for a real challenge, make a boxer and fight owing to the ranks and become world champion. Knockout Kings is an extrememly fun game for about an hour. That’s how long it took me to beat. In career mode, you can choose a name for your fighter, design your fighter, and choose his class (heavy-weight, light-weight). The first time you play this game, it’s a bit challenging, but after a couple of fights it gets simpler and simpler. The part I despise most about this game is that all you have to do to win the fight is press ‘B’. Oddly, I stil find this game very fun to play because of it’s splendid graphics and up close and in the action fighting. I would recommend this as a first Gameboy Affect game to kids 6-9 that aren’t very aware on how to play a Gameboy. But, if you are an experienced gamer, Knockout Kings is certainly not for you.

I greatly loved this game when I first bought it. The distress is that it is simple to beat, and quickly gets dull. If you don’t mind playing the same thing over and over, this is a splendid game. Otherwise, I would recommend renting, not buying this game.

This game is one of the best Game Boy Affect sports meeting ever. My favorite part is that you can kind of make your own player. It’s very fun using all of your special moves too. I suggest this game to anyone even if you don’t know anything about boxing. I didn’t and now I’m a huge fan. The only thing is with a couple hours of spare time it’s pretty simple to beat. But its not frusterating not dull. It’s just all around fun. So get it and have a slugfesterific time.
