youll do about as excellent here as on the show.that is until you get the same ancient questions over and over again.theres a part where you and the others compete for the right to answer first.thats a pain in the butt.the other thing that stinks is that they make you spell everything right.there is a loose spelling option butits useless.

I have to say that I was really hyped about getting this game. To be small, it’s the worst game I have ever bought. It is probably the “cheapest”, “garbagey” game I’ve seen since owning a PS2. Try renting first…you’ll see what I mean.

This PS2 version of Jeopardy is splendid fun, and worth every penny. There are hundreds of categories, and yes some do do again more frequently than others, but then it becomes a excellent test of one’s memory. The spelling accuracy of your responses can be adjusted in the options menu, and you can save multiple careers (players) by writing your name or choosing from a selection of designs (who cares about choosing a character? It more directly engages you this way, instead of designating you as a “puppetmaster”.) My wife and I have become junkies, and you’ll be sucked in by it’s seductive intellectual appeal, too. This is perhaps the best game-show to video-game conversion I’ve ever seen. I also recommend Atari’s “Wheel of Fortune”, but this is the superior of the two. Now go get JEOPARDY! and learn just how smart you are!!!
