I bought this game for my 5 year ancient son for Christmas. He tried it once, said he didn’t like it and wanted to sell it. HOWEVER….I didn’t really reflect that he gave it a chance, so I sat down with him and I PLAYED the game myself while he watched. And then of course…..he wanted his game back
I like that this game has different things to do in each mission and that they don’t get TOO hard as the game progresses. It is basically doing the same things over and over….driving the firetruck thru traffic (my personal favorite…and probably what intimidated my son a bit), putting out fires, climbing ladders, blowing out candles, stamping out fires, turning the fire hydrant handle the right way. And each time you complete a level, you get different upgrades available for your fire truck ….. sirens, body, bumpers, lights, etc.).
What makes this game excellent for the 4-6 year ancient crowd, is that there is no reading involved. Jake shows you pictures of the tasks you will have to accomplish in each mission. And also….here it comes…..NO password saves!!!! When you complete a level, it is automatically saved, so you don’t need to write down any passwords!!! YIPPEEEE!!!
The only reason I gave this game a 4 instead of a 5, is because I felt that it was over very quickly. I finished the entire game in about an hour and a half. I reflect a 4-5 year ancient who really likes these kind of sports meeting would probably end it in a day to a week depending on how much they were allowed to play. But I know how frustrating it is to find non-reading, non password sports meeting that are entertaining and simple enough for that age group….so I give it a 4. My 7 year ancient daughter has questioned to play it next

My 5 year ancient son received this game for Christmas. He likes it! There are a few spots in the game that were a small hard for him at first but after a few tries he got the hang of them. Quick thinking when opening the valves, climbing ladders and keeping up with flames to make sure the fires get place out. You can unlock new parts for your fire engine and even new engines with the more achievements you get in the game.

We got this for my 5 year ancient son. He place it down quickly and we thought he just did not like it. My wife chose to play for a while, and she said it’s in fact a small more hard than we thought. After showing my son, and helping a small, he has figured out what he needs to do with it and he plays it on his own. You will get VERY tired trying to place out some of the fires with the stylus.

My 3 1/2 year ancient son likes this game. He likes driving the fire truck, blowing out candles, climbing the ladders, and spraying out the fires. He also does well with the Go, Diego, Go sports meeting as well. If you are looking for a game for a preschooler, this is a excellent thought. They also make other Jake Potential sports meeting, but we haven’t tried them yet.
