Both my grandson and I were excited to get this Nintendo DS game. Over all, it’s a VERY fun, challenging game. HOWEVER, there are several parts of the game that cannot be played with the available controls on the DS. The log flume ride cannot be controlled, nor can the boat ride – no matter what you do – it’s not controllable. It tells you to use an option that is NOT on the Nintendo DS. There are many other parts of the game that are the same way on this DS system. It’s so frustrating when you can’t play ALL of the sports meeting in each level. It will tell you to use a certain function to play a particular level of the game – but it does not exist on the DS – which the GAME IS DESIGNED FOR. My grandson became very confused by this game and upset that he could not play with all parts of it – many of the areas we cannot play are the hight point levels in the game. I was just as frustrated. I would give it the highest marks if not for these drawbacks. The graphics are splendid but the game is not what we expected.

This game is pretty fun. You don’t neccessarily have to be a fan of the Goosebumps series to delight in it. In order to advance in the levels in this game you must play mini sports meeting in order to earn “fright points” which unlock different areas, rides, and sports meeting. These sports meeting aren’t exactly simple. But all the same, fun. It’s an addictive game and really fun. Just be ready for a challenge!

This video game is excellent and I like it and it has some fascinating levels in it so indeed it is excellent and it was a splendid buy for me I would reflect.
