I was under the depression that this would include using the balance penetrate and other cardio exercises. Turns out that it barely uses the balance penetrate and it is all boxing, that should be better clarified. I will be giving it away, trading it in or throwing it out withing the next 24 hours

There is not anything cardio about this product. I barely got my heart rate up and I didn’t feel like it gave me a workout. In fact, I was getting frustrated by the amateur graphics and exercises. I would not recommend this product to anyone unless all they were looking to do was possibly learn how to punch.

This game is more for kids or someone who does VERY VERY light implementation. The workout from this is very mediocre and extremely light weight compared to my P90x. finished up selling it. if you want a excellent workout, just buy P90x

I bought this thinking that it was a full cardio workout. Boy was I incorrect. This is a boxing game…the end. Although it’s fun at first and provides a small workout, by and large for what I am looking for it was a dissipate of cash. I would not recommend this to anyone.

This is a fun game but if you are looking for a heart-pumping workout, I wouldn’t buy this. If you are looking for a light fun workout to supplement your fitness, this would be a excellent buy.
