I bought this for my 3 year ancient nephew and he won’t be able to use it for a while. I don’t know who came up with the ages on this game, but to pay attention to the screen while utilizing the remote control is not something a 3 year ancient is able to accomplish. I’m sure it will be excellent once he can master the remote for WII, I just hope he is still into Diego when he does.

I got this for my 6 year ancient Diego and Dora fan. She beat it in 2 hours; a grueling two hours for me because it is extremely repetitive. Players are not expected to read, count, or do any conundrum solving of any kind. For a safari game, it is also mysteriously lacking of any relevant information about the African safari or it’s wildlife.
By far the most disappointing aspect of this is the concept. You must save the elephants that have been turned to stone by a mean magician. How does this teach our kids about responsibility, being wards of the earth, and protecting our wildlife? It was a lost opportunity to teach kids about pollution, hunting, overdevelopment, etc – as the reason why elephants need to be saved, and to take responsibility for the hurt as human beings.
The only pro to this game is the encouragement of movement in various ways with the WII remote (swimming, climbing, beating a drum).
It is a side-scrolling linear walkthrough game with no challenge whatsoever. I expected more educational regard from the creators of Dora the Explorer.
DO NOT BUY. There are other sports meeting with more educational regard.

Our youngest outcome enjoys this Diego game for the Wii. But, gets a bit bent out of shape when we can’t play the game perfectly. If he could glide owing to the game right out of the box…then he’d be bored. Keeps him entertained and learning to follow instructions and excellent hand-eye coordination. A splendid regard on Amazon, much cheaper than any of the cash off store and even cheaper than I found on eBay.

I bought this game for my friends 3 yr ancient. He has such a blast playing with it. The smiles, giggles and excitement are always worth it. Now I want one for my soon to be 3 yr ancient daughter.

This is exactly what I was looking for. My four year ancient was able to play all by himself and had a splendid time doing so.
Thanks
