Ill make this unadorned so noone wastes their time. If you like 1 player sports meeting and have no internet or friends, this game is splendid. Colorful, charming graphics, splendid characters and a well written plot. If you are like everyone else in the world that does have internet and was waiting to play the campaign online with 3 other friends or split screen the campaign with your companion or small brother, youve been duped! Cause it isnt there! No co-op online or splitscreen campaign mode makes this the worste and most bone idle go ever. Its even deceiving cause the box says its 2-4 players online, but thats not for campaign. Its for these horrible game modes they make you play thrown into 1 area to defend artifacts or trap ghosts. Aweful. I traded in left for dead which you can play online with people. Huge mistake! Dont give Atari anymore cash. They have no finger on the pulse of what the majority is asking for. I want my 60 dollars back. A bring shame on since the campaign is fun. But if you want a excellent 1 player game, go back into your ancient dresser and pull out nothingness.

Walk owing to corridors. Then, penetrate huge room and fight ghosts. Do again ad nauseum while looping the same piece of music.
This game was a letdown. Terrible / repetitive level design, uninspired gameplay and a snoozer of a plot. If this tale was supposed to be a Ghostbusters movie, no marvel they scrapped it. Aykroyd is the only actor who sounds remotely interested, the others are just mailing it in.
Bargain bin buy at best.

The original cast is back…which is awesome. But that’s where the greatness ends. I was having fun with it for about an hour, then it just became frustrating. The gameplay is basic and repetitive. The camera’s are horrible. The writing is really terrible (sorry dan ankroyd).
I had high hopes for this game, and I nearly bought it. Thankfully I chose to rent it first. In my opinion, they dropped the ball on this one, and it’s really too terrible. I felt there were enough years between the last movie and the game that it wouldn’t fall victim to the game-made-for-a-movie syndrome, but I guess I was incorrect.

Rent it if you must, but don’t buy it! After about an hour of game play I was done. No interaction, terrible graphics for the PS3, and pretty repetitive. Such a disappointment! I had been looking so forward to this game!
