Full Spectrum Warrior is based on a real-time squad-based approach game commissioned by the U.S. Army to train light Infantry troops in urban combat situations. Soldiers are positioned in a tense, hostile, and claustrophobic environment where they must complete a variety of military objectives. Players act as the Squad Leader, providing management to Alpha and Bravo fire teams. The flourishing Squad Leader effectively uses cover in the environment and moves his fire teams in a coordinated fashion so they can protect themselves from possible attacks that could come from any management. this game is a dissipate of cash, you would expect a game with as much hipe as this to at least be moderatly entertaining i was a huge fan of socom us navy seals and this was supposed to be better i played it at my friends house and we were clueless you cant even go your charector you direct it with a cursor thats the 1st of many dreadful things about this game secondly you cant shoot for your self you can only suppress who buys a war game to sit and watch seriously youd have to be a die hard fan to even but up with this game i tryed so hard to like but it was so tiring i eventually got the hang of moving the man but he says the same thing over and over i have never been more bored in my life this game is a pathetic equse for a war game if u want a high quality war game i recomend socum us navy seals 1 and 2 which involves tactics as well as all out war fare. Lastly you cant kill an enemy you can just supress his i thought 4 high trained soldiers could take out 1 third world merciary well they cant they all die in a pixelated shower of blood

This has got to be the worst game I have ever played. They used fake advertising. It said Shooter as the genre. YOU DONT EVEN AIM OR SHOOT THE GUN. You tell the 8 soldiers you control to shoot the terrible guys but they cant even aim excellent and they dont shoot unless you tell them to. Even if they are going to die they dont shoot. You cant even walk around you tell the soldiers where to go. Also on the box it says its based on a army training thing. I thought it would be a action packed shooter because thats what it looked like on the box, but I was incorrect. There is no action at all, you just go around while you see a couple terrible guys who just wound half your guys. I rented this game from Blockbuster, went home and place it in my PS2, played it for 25 minutes then brought it back to Blockbuster. If all US army soldiers trained on something like this the US army would be the worst army in the world.

This game “Full Spectrum Warrior” is a very well designed,fun,strategic game. As you can see this other person who left a review “Joey”, this guy who sounds like a 6 year ancient has not one clue what he is talking about. Sounds like this kid thinks the game makes you try to reflect to much. Probably sucks at the game. Well anyway back to the game: You play it in 3rd person view. This game takes place somewhere in the middle east. In it you control 2 squads of 4 soldiers in each squad. To go you have like a cursor on the ground and you can position your soldiers against parapet,behind cover etc…. That is the key to this game “COVER” You can’t just unrealisically run into a group of 20 heavily armed enemy soldiers and take them all out, which this kid Joey probably thought he could do casue he has no sense of brains. “Duh duh, im gonna kill some terrible guys, duh duh, i’ll kill them release handed duh duh.” Nah, real life doesn’t work that way and this game doesn’t work that way either! You might be asking yourself “Hey! Why does this guy despise that kid Joey for writing a review?” Well i’ll tell you why, because 6 year olds like that should not be allowd to write terrible reviews about splendid sports meeting that regular gamers would like. Ok, anyway back to the game and the realism. Cover is the main concept. You have to go from wall to wall and cover to cover. You usally have to get to corners of parapet and there is a special postion to place your troops in against a corner. So the team leader looks out from the cornor and will tell you if there are enemy which you can see yourself. You have many options to do. The enemy is useally in trenched and behind cover himself, so thats why that idiot was saying they weren’t hitting him. This is where brains and stratagy comes into play. With one squad you lay down surpressing fire on the enemy to keep his head down and with the other squad, go owing to ally ways and flank the enemy taking him out easily. That is another key in this game (Using the 2 squads to work together) It seems unadorned but it gets harder when the enemy has RPGs and 50. Cals. This one part of the game I was at, I made a mistake and went to a bunch of sand bags for cover and I got pinned down by a heavy machine gun and my squad couldn’t go so I needed to go my other squad around on the enemys flank(with the help of a smoke gernade) and I took him out reliving my Alpha Squad. GREAT GAME!!!!!! Splendid graphics and a realistic enviorment (by that I mean if you take cover behind a car and the enemy starts shooting at you the car windows will get shot out and bullet holes all over the car and the tires will flatten) anyway so for people who have brains and splendid challenge and like for strategic war sports meeting, this is the game for you…..splendid price too!!!!
Trust me, you’ll have a lot of fun with this game. Oh and there is a splendid tale to the game. Oh and there are online multiplayer sports meeting.
