I was so enjoying the game until it happened again…. I bought Fable 2 when it came out the first time i didnt get very far, got to do only 2 quests, it froze up my entire xbox had to take it back to the store and im surprised they took it. So when I saw the fable 2 platinum hits came out, it had been awhile so i thought I would give it another try again. Though I got a lot farther than the first game it started the same crap. Complete dissipate of cash for me. Am I the only one with this conundrum?

Fable 2 is a 2008 game-of-the-year title. The platinum hits version includes the full game plus the two DLC expansions, Knothole Island and See The Future, on the same disc! This is a splendid regard as buying both of those would be an extra $17 on Xbox Live.
The game is an open-finished RPG that lets you do anything you want, choose between excellent and evil, wear ridiculous outfits that people react to, go odd jobs for cash, go on quests, etc… Co-op mode is fun and let’s you work together to earn experience and cash.

I suppose the most vital part of this review is that I want to point out that this is NOT as splendid as Fable. It seemed a small more mandatory here to make it magical and it just wasn’t as excellent. I loved it anyway though.
The Goods:
-Graphics are splendid, environments are splendid, and the customization levels are honestly decent.
-The decisions are a lot of fun. It’s fun building a excellent character, building a terrible character, and having another to do no matter what it is you would do case by case.
-Game length is decent. It’s no 40 hour RPG, but you’ll have plenty of options to keep you going. You can get owing to the main tale VERY quickly if you choose to go linear and play only the main tale line.
-Platinum includes all add-on material, which saves you a bundle from buying it in the arcade.
The Terrible:
-The boss battles are NOT epic. There are not many large bosses, which is something I like about action sports meeting, and something that Fable has the ability to throw in since it’s such a magical and fantasy based game.
-*SPOILER* The final boss battle is obnoxiously small. Most sports meeting build up to that awesome final battle. This one would indeed disappoint you like it did me.
-Gambling (Pub Sports meeting) are kind of stupid for achievement hunters. Take a long time.
By and large:
-This game is definately worth picking up at the listed price. It’s a fun and unadorned game. Splendid for the family, though you may want to allow grown-up kids to play as the action, while not bloody, does have certain over-the-top elements such as keeping the heads keeping terrible guys heads as trophys to show off. Some of the terrible elements are hilarious, but crude, like farting. The game is a lot of fun.
Achievements:
-The game has a lot of simple achievements that you get as you go. Some require you to play the game multiple times (choose the different endings, be excellent or be terrible). Some are just play tough. This is not an simple 1000 (more if you have the platinum version or DLed material).

Excellent game. The original tale was intense but not long enough. The customization was okay in the regular edition, better with the later editions.
With the extras from this edition, there are a few more hours of gameplay and better customization. The extra make pleased makes it so much better. I liked the new storylines and options.

Let me be the first to say that this is not a game for the casual gamer who wants to just pick something up and button mash. It’s a mix of action & role playing with an added twist…moral consequences for your actions. Meet people, find treasure, start a family, gain potential, customize your appearance, learn new abilities, become loved as a hero or feared as a villian….there are limitless variables which accompany the main storyline. Contracted I didn’t play Fable on the original XBOX, but I’ve never played anything quite like this. I really like the fact that despite the sports meeting difficulty, you don’t need a approach guide….things are intuitive and the game will lead you in the right management (using the “golden trail”.
I’d guess I’m currently over halfway owing to the main quest. I have maintained a honestly moral path. I look forward to playing the game owing to again making immoral choices and gaining distinction owing to villiany. Yes, I haven’t completed the game yet and am looking forward to playing again…..high replay regard IMO.
The Platinum Hits edition comes with both expansions, which make it the best regard for someone who doesn’t own a previous release of the game. This one has been worth every penny.
