I been home with broken leg for two months and I’ve been playing this game, beta then demo, a lot. I have more than a hundred hours experience. It is like BF 2142. I like the game but I see one conundrum which will keep me from buying. No excellent comm system. Clanners are using TeamSpeak, etc., non clanners can’t compete. With Teamspeak and your clan members you will own all. So makes a very one sided multiplayer experience. If you are in a clan buy, if not be ware you will not make many points.
Also takes above average intelligence, so if not B apprentice you will not be pleased. ( Like my brother, who quit after two days ).
Release player bots are as dumb as dirt. So release player is a one day event. Could have been 4 stars with VOIP.

This was not what i expected, the grafics is nice but not really a new relvolution and the taktics and new level of teamplay they talked so much about is practicly non existent. The stearing of figures and vehicles is ok but not anything special.
So its no marvel that i was a bit dissapointed when i finaly got the game on my pc. But there r excellent points too, i like the fact the both side have different vehicles and weapons and that the game i running very excellent on my not so new pc (Pentium 3,0 GHz / Nvidea 6700XL).
My conclusion, this game is only for Quake fans and Clan Players and not for mr. averrage and instance gamers. So its not a real contender for Battlefield 2142, the contemporary leader of egoshooters.

I received this game as a gift and it simply wasn’t very much fun. Gameplay is unrealistic and hyperactive. I honestly didn’t bother learning much about the in-game goals or teamwork…it just wasn’t fascinating or involving enough to dedicate the time.
I delight in FPS sports meeting and just beat COD4 and I’m effective on Bioshock and Crysis…none of these are unusual (when compared to HL2) but all are better than QW:ET.

I could not play it in my computer because of the high condition of graphics. It requires either an ATI or a NVIDIA graphics card. My computer is honestly new with plenty of memory space so i thought that i wouldnt have any issues. turns out I dont have those cards so i couldnt play the game at all. Just make sure that you have a excellent graphics card or else it will be pointless.

I’ve played all versions of Quake and ET, and this one is one of the most resource-hogging, complicated POC version I’ve encountered. It’s not enjoyable to play in release person, the actual graphics and processor supplies are greater than those stated on the box.
The objectives and characters are not anything new, really. Get yourself The Orange Box and delight in something innovative.
