I thought I would buy this game because it was cheap and I liked the console versions of it. I didn’t expect much. I was impressed by the length of the musou mode. I thought for a game boy advance game it would be a lot shorter. It gets a small repetative but its a fun game just to pick up and play.

Ah finally a decent fighting game on GBA.I really delight in this game despite it’s repedtiveness.Sure people ambushing you always happens within 2-5 moves but that gives you an excuse to kill something.
The game is like a approach game and Blood Omen 1 stylishness fighting mixed. While traveling you place a cursor over the dot you wish to visit and press a to go there. When you fight 3-6 guys come after you and you fight them with the a and b buttons.A is a long attack b is a slash maneuver.Of course like any Dynaty Warriors there is Musou Attack which is a string of deadly combos unleashed when your meter is full.
Like the newer Dynasty Warriors sports meeting on PS2 you can switch your weapons for better ones. Each character has a certain type of weapon they use(I.E. Swords,Staffs, and Axes.)and may find more by going to different areas on the battle map.I see no flaws except that Tale mode is way too small even for a GBA game.

Dynasty Warriors is awsome because it’s a approach and battleaction game, with caractors that were actuly REAL PEOPLE from ancient China such as Cao Cao. It also has a rating of 10+ (dont question why) so small brothers can’t play.

The movement is repetitive. The movement phase was disappointing, but the fighting, like any other DW game, is fun, if you’re not into anything challenging at the time.

This was my first GBA game and the first time I’ve played a TBSG and it’s been pretty fun. Time flies quick with this one and it’s prety deep.
