For some reason…I was expection something else from the product I received.
I just received this today & I am very disappointed.
What I received was just 2 thin, plastic pieces that you fit the Dsi Into.
While It will protect your system from getting scratches…the plastic on this product Is to thin to protect the system If It cascade…which Is what I wanted.
I guess It’s my own fault for not researching this product as I will be going out tomorrow to look for something else.

This is a must for all DSi consoles! Our ancient DS consoles had these proctections, and resisted on themselves all the scratches, moisture and dirt, leaving like new our DS consoles. Helped cushioning many cascade, too… So, when we ordered our new Nintendo consoles, we bought right there the clear protectors for them, and wouldn’t use them without these protections ever!
These protectors come with the hole for the camera eye of the DSi console.

While hard to install, the protectors work as advertised. Introduction the protectors on the screen requires a completely dust-free environment or you will be preserving that dirt under the protector. The instructions state how simple the protectors can be removed, but I experienced distress. The protectors finished up with small creases in trying to go the protectors off the screen to remove trapped dust.

Since the DSi has a matte end it would soon be covered with fingerprints if it is not place in a cover. The cover also protects the game and gives an brilliant degree of protection against accidental dropping hurt. While protecting the game it doesn’t interfere with any of the operation controls or openings. It should come with the game but since it doesn’t I would say that it is a must have accessory.

It adds very small bulk to the DSi and will really protect it from regular wear and tear. I wouldent recommend it if youre really careless with your things or if the DSi is for a young outcome. But for most people who care about there 170$ DSi, it offers excellent peace of mind.
