This screen protector is dreadful! It is very cheaply made. We made sure we positioned the film down as careful as we could & it still had many small air bubbles under it. We tried to get them out but couldn’t. A few days later my son questioned me to remove it because he despised how blurry it made his screen. When I looked at his DSi screen, it was full of deep scratches all over the film not to mention all the small bubbles! I cannot believe I paid $5 for this protector & it lasted only 2 days! I am going to buy the more expensive Hori brand because it has better ratings.

In fact I found this protector worked fine when useful carefully. We didn’t get any bubbles or dust particles and it went on smoothly.
It doesn’t make the screen blurry that I’ve noticed (it is clear) and has held up to normal adult wear just fine. It seems thicker than the Hori which is our usual choice.
Read the instructions and place it on carefully smoothing as you go. I’m not so excellent at the whole screen protector thing and usually go owing to 2-3 everytime I want to place one on. Ah well!

My son got a DSI for Christmas and I place this protective film cover on it Christmas day. It had some bubbles when I place it on so I used a credit card to charming it down but the bubbles kept coming back every couple days and I had to keep pushing them out with a credit card. Well, my son then chose to peel it off and place it back on but that just made it worse. Now we are looking for a new one and I want to try a different brand. My other son has a DS lite and we place his protective shield on the same day and his has been fine. I just wish I could remember who made it.

I bought the Invisi-Shied for my nephew’s new DSi. Unfortunately, when we opened up the pack, the tape on the shield did not come off cleanly. Trying to take the residue off only made it worse. As such, we were never able to take advantage of the shield.
