Excellent game with some wonky save points and a few painfully irritating sequences. Example:
You have to chase this small shape shifter around a desert. He disguises himself as a cactus so you have to hit every cactus you see until you find him 3 times. The conundrum arises when you hit a cactus you lose life, then when you find the small f#*&er the third time it’s a boss battle and you have no life left. You can’t go to a previous save so you’re f*cked. That said this is a excellent game. It’s better than the Zelda game, because having to return to that horrible sea king dungeon rendered that game unplayable, what those stupid, stupid, stupid developers where thinking I’ll never know.
Also controlling the weapons is a small off and not very open.

I had never heard of Dragon Ball but I thought the game would be fun. I despised the movement, it seemed kind of unresponsive. I didn’t end the game and gave it to my sister.

I go it for my 9 yr ancient son, an he likes it, at first I tought it was going to be one of those dull rpg sports meeting, and it’s not anything like it..
It’s kind of zelda and mario 64 stylishness, and goes back to all the places/adventures of goku in the first tv series.

This game is very fun. Much like the game play of Zelda and the phantom hourglass, but certainly not a rip off of the game. There is a lot to do in each level, and you can return to each one when ever you want to increase your score. By and large it is a excellent buy.

You never know what to expect with “dragonball” and “drangonball z” name sports meeting. Usually they are just a pure fighting game with the crazy flash blast effects and the other status quo, but this game is a breath of fresh air in the dragonball world. This game has an incredible storyline that sticks incredibly close to the show’s tale. Oh the nostalgia! It has especially excellent humor just like the show. The game’s controls are brilliant and make excellent use of the ds control scheme even down to Goku’s running. You also won’t get bored using the same moves over and over again like those beat ‘em up sports meeting, because the game has you learn some really fascinating moves throughout the worlds at a snail’s pace but indeed, and you can level these moves up owing to experience.
By and large this game is brilliant, if you are a dragonball or dragonball z fan this is a certain buy and this game is so excellent I even recommend it for non dbz fanatics.
