Product Description
Addictive puzzle action is coming to the palm of your hand with Dr. Mario and Puzzle League – two fantastic puzzle sports meeting on one Game Pak! Dr. Mario requires equal parts approach and alacrity to realize victory. The object of Dr. Mario is to delete viruses by throwing vitamin capsules into a bottle. To delete the nasty critters, you must form a row of four or more same-colored capsules or viruses. Since many of the viruses are trapped at the bottom of the bottle, you must plot ahead in order to eliminate them. The object of Puzzle League is to form a chain of three or more same-colored blocks. As you play, the blocks will rise from the bottom of the screen, forcing you to make decisions in the blink of an eye! When you match up shapes, the blocks on top will fall onto other matching blocks, making a very satisfying combo effect. This game also has unusual depth in terms of options and settings, (such as adjusting the alacrity of the cursor or the kinds of blocks on the screen), which lets players make a custom game experience.

Nintendo is getting out of hand. Mario sports meeting are getting crappier, crappier and crappier. Mario is for one year olds. He should die. Maybe Sonic, Halo or any other character that doesn’t come from nintendo should be world legendary than this weakest-character-in-the-video game-history. All of his sports meeting is junk. This game is badd.

I bought this because I’ve been a Dr. Mario fanatic since I was in grade school and it gives me both nostalgic and entertainment pleasures. Dr. Mario is splendid but puzzle league sucks…

I loved this game with the Super Nes. So when I found it for the DS I quickly ordered it. It is just like the early game. Puzzle league is excellent but I was hoping it would have all the puzzles from that earlier game but it doesn’t. It is still fun but not as enjoyable as the full game was for the Super Nes.

I have looked for the upgrade to Tetris Attack for years. (Since the Super Nintendo). I just didn’t realize that they changed the name. Plays the same, just doesn’t have the intermissions. I delight in the game.

I got Dr. Mario for my 30 something daughter. She loved the game then and she likes it as much now. She’ll have distress getting it away from her 7 year ancient son. It’s still simple to know and just as addicting as it was many moons ago. And the puzzle league is fun for them too.
