Dora the Explorer has lost her teddy bear! Osito is truly missing, and Dora and her friend Boots believe he has finished up–like all mislaid things–in the mysterious Lost City. Plotting an expedition to find Osito becomes complicated, though, when it turns out that Dora is far from the only one missing a personal treasure. Mami Bugga Bugga has lost her children’s baby blankets, for one thing, while Pirate Pig has misplaced his hat!
Despite these revelations Dora is on her way soon enough, headed to the Lost City in search of a handful of wayward items. The path is not charming, but. Obstacles like the Huge Pond (where Pirate Pig’s minions must be sorted into variously colored boats) and the Number Pyramid (a place for elementary math skills to get a workout) crop up by the side of the route. These and other puzzles weep out to be solved… preferably before Dora continues on her way.

I BOUGHT THIS FOR MY DAUGHTER WHO LOVES DORA BUT WHAT A MISTAKE! SHE HAS OUR OLD COMPUTER WHICH IS NOT A POWERHOUSE, BUT THIS GAME IS A TOTAL MEMORY HOG AND I HAD TO DELETE EVERY OTHER GAME IN THE COMPUTER TO INSTALL IT AND IT STILL WILL NOT WORK WELL, SO, UNLESS YOUR CHILD HAS A TOP OF THE LINE COMPUTER,,,NOT RECOMMENDED!

Santa left this game for my 5 year ancient daughter – she likes anything Dora including this fun game!

My 4-year-ancient has this game – and she likes it OK, even though this is not her favorite game by far. In fact, there is one main reason I gave this game just two stars – the voice and speakig manner of Dora, the main character is so annoyingly whiny and affected, it embodies everything I despise about the way certain people (typically female) are speaking. This unnatural, irritating voice grates on the nerves so much that I’m seriously considering removing the game from the computer so that my daughter won’t speak the same way.
