Cartridge Only DONKEY KONG LAND II: Diddy’s Kong Quest continues the simian shenanigans of the DONKEY KONG LAND series on Game Boy. This time, the huge guy himself has been captured by King K. Rool and is being held for ransom. The price? Only DK’s precious banana hoard! Diddy Kong sets out in this side-scrolling adventure with his new friend Dixie Kong to save Donkey Kong and show the Kremlings not to mess with the Kongs! Dixie Kong brings a whole new set of skills to the table with her ponytail-whipping attacks. Animal friends such as Enguarde the swordfish and Rambi the rhino return with even more new animals to lend a hand! Diddy will need it too, because this time the quest spans 40 levels, packed to the gills with secrets. DONKEY KONG LAND II uses the same ACM technique for the graphics, only this time they’re more refined. The result is a spectacular-looking Game Boy game.

This is In fact a pretty fun game, but their are some things that get on my nerves.
1. Back when the game was made, it had splendid graphics, but we’ve all been spoiled by GBA and the graphics are hard to see in this game.
2. Diffrent Bosses
3. New Levels add confusion

Okay, you got me. This game isn’t QUITE as terrible as the original Donkey Kong Land. Of course the graphics are about as dreadful as you can question for, and the sound hasn’t been improved, but the gameplay -where it counts most- has been improved a small bit. I would still happily ignore this and seek into the Donkey Kong Country series on the Super NES instead. That’s where collecting bananas and shooting owing to jungle barrels is a REAL fun time.

this is a very excellent game.if you like donkey kong country 2.the diffrences start on the first boss.this boss is diffrent the krow will come from the right.you wait for the egg to stop bouncing jump over him and hit him with the egg. same at ghost krow.klaver is a sword in lava.this boss is pretty much the same.but you jump over crocidale heads instead of hooks.and you shoot him with a cannon.klubba is not in this game atsept at the toll. you do not get to fight him as a boss.kackel is not in this game eithter they replace him with a themepark level called crazy roller coaster. for king zing bee is much more calleging when you try to hit him more bees appaer.ok the of the game captin k rool.ok this guy is pretty weak for hte boss of the game.you could beat him on your first try this game is very fun so if you buy this,
goodluck.

All three DKC sports meeting had their own Game Boy counterparts in the Donkey Kong Land series, and while they were, being on the Game Boy, inferior to the SNES version, they are still worthy additions to the Donkey Kong series.
GRAPHICS: The transaction to Game Boy works well, in fact. While the lack of affect is not that splendid, the sprites, even though watered down, still have that vibe to them that works well on the Game Boy. Although ig you’re playing on an emulator, don’t use full scream; it looks dreadful.
MUSIC: Pretty much it’s 8-bit versions of DKC2’s tracks.
GAMEPLAY: The plot is the same, and so is the gameplay as the SNES version, but with a few differences. Like DKC2, it’s a platformer where you collect bonus tokens to penetrate the Lost World as well as DK tokens to beat Mario and Yoshi as a video game hero. This time, though, the Lost World is not divided into sections, so you have to get all of the tokens before entering the Lost World.
The worlds and the levels are the same as DKC2’s (Although Krem Quay and Crocodile Cauldren are fused into one world, and Castle Crush is renamed to Dungeon Danger and Haunted Hall is renamed to Krazy Karts.) but the levels themselves, while having the same premise, are differently mapped, making the game different than DKC. Some other different things are the fact that lives are showed as hearts, you can only use one Kong at a time, so no tag-team
, and you cannot ride the animals, only transform into them.
The game also has the same bosses, (Kudgel is taken out) but they fight differently as well. They also nerfed down K. Rool, which kind of makes me mad.
BUY: If you can find it, yes. Otherwise, get it on an emulator.

Diddy Kong and new member Diddy’s Girlfriend(Dixie Kong) are off on a long perilous adventure to save the leader of the DK crew. Diddy Kong and Dixie Kong must go owing to 40 perilous and challenging levels to get to the lost world where King K. Rool is located, this is also the place where you save Donkey Kong. When King K. Rool is running jump over him, if you hit his crown then you will be at a major risk of killing yourself.
Get this Donkey Kong Land game, it is the most challenging and most fascinating of the three. I have all 3 and I played them a lot, the first one is very dull and has loads of glitches, and horrible graphics, the pixels on the screen of this game are all choppy because of the limited colors these sports meeting offer.
Donkey Kong Land (Nintendo Game Boy)
The game is Donkey Kong Country but for the original game boy. The Graphics are pretty terrible considering it was one of the later sports meeting in this library, and the game tends to be slow and messed up at times. The game itself isn’t that terrible, but it is just that the graphics ruin the game.
Donkey Kong Land 2 (Nintendo Game Boy)
Best of the series. More challenging levels play as: Diddy Kong, or Dixie Kong(Dixie can glide when she is in the air, her hair can do a helicoptor. This game is very fun, the levels where you have to go in the ocean are more fun in this game, if you are a person who likes action packed sports meeting this is the one for you!
Donkey Kong Land 3 (Nintendo Game Boy)
There are many levels in this game where the levels are dull, but the music and graphics are splendid in this one. If you like something fun, challenging, classic, and you get your full regard, this is the game for you. Many new creatures, Kiddy Kong and Dixie Kong are the playable characters.
Buy Donkey Kong Land 2 because it is FUN and FLAWLESS.
Thanks!
