My 3 year ancient daughter questioned me to buy her this game for Christmas. She’s a huge fan of the DS and can play Super Princess Peach, Sonic the Hedgehog, and Kirby like a pro. So, I bought the game for her. Now, the Small Mermaid is a excellent franchise in general, and has a very wholesome, family appeal, so I would never reflect twice about buying a Disney product like that. But, compared to sports meeting made by Japanese developers, the play control was not intuitive enough for my 3 year ancient daughter to delight in it. She quickly lost interest. And yes, she still plays Princess Peach, Sonic, and Kirby all the time.

My grand daughter with is 5 played this game on someone elses ds and loved it. Some of the levels are hard but she is learning. I like when she has to sing the melody in order to advance. Likes the game.

My 4 year ancient has been an Ariel fan for years. When she got into DS sports meeting, I thought this would be a most likely choice. Conundrum is, there is SO much reading necessary that there is no way for her play it without me helping her. She liked “trying” to play, but she never really knew what she was doing. You need to be a excellent reader to play the game, conundrum is, by the time you can read that well, you are starting to outgrow it!

This was a hard to find DS game and will be a Christmas gift for my granddaughter. She will be extremely pleased as she is one of Ariel’s largest fans. Grandma Kathy
