- 14 levels
- recreates scenes from film
- collect tokens, fruit, and drawings to earn bonuses
Product Description
Disney’s animated film TARZAN gets the videogame treatment and makes his way to the Game Boy Affect. The game follows the plot of the movie: you must help Tarzan grow from a boy to an adult in the span of 14 levels of action. While many of the levels offer platform-jumping, vine-swinging fun, some of them recreate some of the action sequences from the movie. No matter where he is, Tarzan must collect the tokens and fruit that are scattered about. Collecting 100 tokens earns an extra life, and the fruit can be used to dispose of enemies. If you can collect the four pieces of Jane’s monkey drawing, you can earn the chance to play a bonus level. You’ve got to help the young ape-man learn his place in the world with TARZAN

I am sure that the programers worked hard to make this game a excellent one,but it is just too hard. The graphix are excellent, but I,for the three years I have had this game,I have not beat it,my brother, who is a very experienced gamer, has not beat it either. I am sure that there are many others who agree with this review. I hope this helped you!

I rented this game and I’m only on level 2, but I’ve found that the scenery doesn’t change much and I have to keep repeating level 1 because I haven’t gotten a password yet, although the game does have some passwords, which I just now got off the internet. I’m glad that I rented this game before buying it-I don’t want to dissipate the cash.

This game is so incredibly terrible. You can’t even save your game, you have to penetrate in a password (of which you might forget). There are no bonus sports meeting, except for the “Paint N’ Print” and “Hide and seek”. The bosses are too hard to beat, and you have to beat four stages before you get a password to the next level. Don’t listen to other people who tell you that Tarzan is a excellent game, but most importantly don’t dissipate your cash on this game, it is an dreadful way to throw away $30. I reccommend the new release KIRBY TILT N’TUMBLE or any mario/wario game. I am definetly returning this game.

My children (11 & 7) just bought this game and they haven’t place it down. They like it. It has been challenging for them, but not too hard. I would recommend it.
