In the year 2028 a massive meteor impacted in California’s Mojave Desert. The U.S. military were quickly able to isolate the impact site and a top scientific team was dispatched to the zone to examine the meteor. Over the next two decades an underground research facility was built to examine the extra-terrestrial origins and the bizarre effects that the meteor is having on the natural environment and the people who come in friend with it.
