I bought this game 2 weeks ago and paid $25 on Amazon. Game Stop offered only $6 for a trade-in regard. What does that tell you. This game took me only 5hrs to complete. Not worth the cash.

GREAT GAME LUSH BEAUTIFUL GRAPHICS BUT DID NOT PUSH PS2 LIMITS BUT THATS OK. NOT TOO HARD AND GOOD FOR YOUNGER GAMERS OR PEOPLE WHO DONT HAVE TOO MUCH TIME TO DEVOTE TO A 3 DAY ADVENTURE.GAME REMINDED ME OF OCARINA OF TIME BUT WITH BETTER GRAPHICS.ALSO PLAYED LIKE THE HOBBIT PLATFORMER TO SOME EXTENT.DI NOT NOTE TOO MUCH THAT WOULD OFFEND NATIVE AMERICAN CULTURE.BASICALLY THIS COULD BE A GREAT CARTOON TOO.SURPRISED NO ONE THOUGHT TO DO IT.
OVERALL NOT TOO HARD AND VIBRANT COLORS,GOOD CONTROLS VOICE ACTING OK GAME DURATION ONLY A FEW HOURS SO IF YOU ONLY HAVE THAT YOU MIGHT LIKE THIS TO FEEL LIKE YOU GOT SOMETHING COMPLETED.

I bought this game from my local library for $5.00. The graphics are incredible, especially the river and snow sequences. The game play is honestly original in terms of his tasks. Its simple enough that anyone can play it without getting frustrated. I wish there was an after game, but you just go back and replay the levels. I finished it probably in about 3 days ( i didnt play it straight owing to). But it was fun for me. I tend to like jak and daxter,croc, spyro, kingdom hearts,super mario, zelda type sports meeting, and this was enjoyable. i never place the handset down because i was frustrated. It is also fun to just watch someone play it. The voices get a small irritating at times, but they are forgivable. I wish the new one was on ps2 as well, i felt cheated because i am not going to buy a new system just to play the next courageous game like i did for kingdom hearts. (that was rare and impulsive). Splendid game, don’t pay more than 9 bucks for a new copy though, unless you plot to use it alot, or to entertain young kids learning how to play adventure sports meeting (without tears). Fun thing, this is the only game I know of that has you use ice picks to scale a frozen wall. also like the footprint heart beat pounding throughout the game, it feels cool with the rumble.

This is a splendid platform / adventure game. I would give it a exact 10. Wonderful puzzles and battles, splendid variety and gorgeous to look at. If you loved Rayman or Jak and Daxter, you’ll delight in this too. I am 39 and my son is 5 , we both like it.

If you’ve ever returned anything to Gamestop, you know that $6 for a game is pretty excellent. They have terrible return values for you. I thought this game was a lot of fun. It was small to play, I reflect it took me 7 or 8 hours, but I didn’t do many side quests or anything, so it could have taken longer. It was a satisfying game to beat and fun to play. I hope they do a sequel!
