A high-energy word puzzle game hosted by Lex the bookworm, Bookworm for DS/DSi challenges players use their vocabulary to make words from a play area of cascading individual letters. Time is of the essence though, as the play area contains red glowing letter tiles, that if unused will “burn down” the player’s library if they reach the bottom of the screen, ending the game. The DS/DSi version of Bookworm contains the the same addictive action gamers have craved since the game appeared for PC, but also includes improvements like a wireless multiplayer mode and unlimited levels.

The game not being for left handed people is not the only conundrum with the game. You have to hold the System sideways like intellect Age yet, it’s not even necessary to make the game like this.
Other than the fact I can’t play it well being left-handed, The game play is pretty unadorned. connect the tiles to spell a word consisting of 3 or more letters without letting the burning tile fall to the bottom.
If the burning tile reaches the bottom – Everything catches on fire, game over. And in Action mode – tiles light themselves and other disappear.
Come on Now, There’s no real need to play a game like this sideways. intellect Age I can know as you in fact write stuff on the touch screen.
It’s pointless for a game like this to be played sideways

Having been a long time fan of this game, I was excited to be able to order for a Christmas gift for my mother. I received it in plenty of time before Christmas and in spick and span condition.

Bought this by the side of with several other educational DS sports meeting for my kids. Have tried them first to make sure they are what I was hoping for. This one is really fun. I reflect my kids will delight in it. It’s unadorned but has some challenging points. I reflect it will give them a chance to work on their words but also another level puts ‘fire’ tiles in there that pushes you to find words quicker. Only place 4 stars instead of five because, so far, it seems to be all there is to the game. It lists ‘books’ that you unlock, but I thought you got to read no matter what books these were. So far, they are just there for show, I guess. Small disappointed there. Oh, well. The game was super simple to navigate and splendid to pile on the couch and see who finds words the fastest. We’ll see what happens.
