By the side of with its companion title Bomberman Max 2: Red Advance, Bomberman Max 2: Blue Advance adds portable excitement to the Bomberman world. Both are sequels to last year’s Bomberman Max. Playing as either Bomberman (Blue version) or Max (Red version), players must once again battle the infamous Hige Hige bandits, who have shrunk Bomberman and Max to the size of ants using their secret Mini Mini device. In order to return to their normal size, Bomberman and Max must drop bombs, complete puzzles, and ruin the devious shrinking device of their adversaries. Throughout the game, players collect, raise, and breed Charabom characters, then battle them against others by utilizing the Game Link cable. A huge adventure filled with more than 80 arenas, each loaded with enemies and challenges, Bomberman Max 2: Blue Advance lets you take on missions alone or with others via the link cable. You can join the fray with up to three friends. Players can also link the Red and Blue versions and unlock 20 hidden levels.

I just got it today(8-17-02)because it was my birthday.I beat level one to level five.You got to buy this game it is so cool.They even have mini sports meeting.Well remember buy it,because it’s cool.

Bomberman and his friens Max shrinks and now must run around their base a get huge again. Now you get a bird’s eye view of their adventure as you play as Bomberman, and blow up every small obstacle, and ride creatures that help you by the side of the way. The Battle Mode kinda sucked, got ancient, and is a lift Pokemon, but then again, this game is more of an adventure game than a fighting game. In the end I gave it 5 stars, cause not only is the game awesome, Bomberman is too!

This game is awesome… This game’s awesome! I like Bomberman! The main game is to lay down bombs and destroys enemies and stuff. It’s hard(be prepared to scream at some levels), but it’s fun. When a bomb explodes it goes in 4 directions(+). You need to steer clear(one hit k.o.) or you’re toast! There’s 80 levels divided up into 5 worlds. Each level has it’s own mission(get the Karabon* from the teleporter, ruin all enemies, collect all Karabon food, etc). *Karabons are cute Pokemon-type creatures that you can collect, breed, train, and battle. There are 2 Bomberman sports meeting for GBA(excluding B-man Tournament), this one and Bomberman Max 2: Red Advance(starring Max!). If you link both of the sports meeting up you can unlock 20 levels! There’s a release-pack 2 player game that’s fun, but the main game is the heart of this game pack. With plenty of levels, splendid 2 player features, the super-cool Karabons, awesome mini sports meeting, and more, there’s no reason not to pick this game up!
