Remember the series Playmakers on ESPN? That’s pretty much what they modeled this game after. They kept some of the WWE stlyed hits (Powerbomb, bulldogs ect)
The game play is ok, it takes way to long to load though. The editing players feature is kind of nice although limited.
I don’t care for some of the music/language in this game, and the “blood” at times seems to be a bit uncalled for. I still would have bought it, but I’ll probably trade it in as soon as I beat it.

I would sincerely like to tell you how much I liked and/or disliked this game; the conundrum is that I cant get it to play on playstation2 for longer than 1:47 into the first quarter without it crashing..over and over and over again….and no my playstation2 is fine if thats what youre thinking. This game has obviously not been properly tested (before they unleashed it onto the gaming market), for bugs and programming problems. I have NEVER played a playstation2 game that has crashed as consistently or as often as this piece of garbage, and it seems to me that they spent a hell of alot more cash marketing this turd, than in fact making sure the game played smoothly and without problems. To me that sucks huge time and it pisses me off a splendid deal. I reflect it may have had the potential to be a splendid football game, had it not been for their rush to get it out without proper testing. Its just a excellent thing these clowns arent making cars (or parachutes). Unfortunately I wouldnt recommend it, unless you want to wait for the first waive of recalls, and maybe pick it up after they get it to work. The game IS very excellent for listening to gangsta rap while you wait for the graphic engine to start running again (during yet another crash), that is if the audio doesnt start skipping indefinitely first. I reflect whoever made this game should have stuck to writing code for “Zork” on the Commodore 64, because PS2 is obviously out of their league, and I for one am getting my cash back. If you want to get really aggravated and ruin your night, this is a must buy!! I award Lawrence Taylor no points..and may god have mercy on his soul….

This game is OK but I really reflect it is just a copy off of NFL street just a bit more for young adulthood and adults. really over all the game stinks and NFL street is way better.

The title says it all, this game takes 12 minutes to load and get to the point where you can play one player campaign mode. Havent timed the two player mode load time yet, but i expect it to be very close.
