Product Description
Barbie in the 12 Dancing Princesses is the tale of Barbie as Genevieve, 1 of 12 sisters who live happily with their member of the clergy the king. Concerned that the high-spirited, independent princesses need more structure to become proper princesses, the king invites his cousin, the Dutchess Rowena to go into the castle. Rather than help, Rowina forbids the sisters from singing and dancing and squelches their individuality. The princesses learn a magical enchanted world and escape the tyranny of Rowena. But when Genevieve learns that their member of the clergy’s life is in danger, the sisters must unite to save the king and their kingdom.

I bought this while I was visiting my grandchildren a couple a weeks ago. My 3 year ancient granddaughter has watched this movie about 5 times a day. Although I don’t reflect her grown-up siblings would admit it, I saw them watching it quite a few times. They are 7 and 10. I have to admit I really liked it too.

Our grandaughters like this game. Our youngest granddaughter liked playing this game, when she got the opportunity, on her grown-up sister’s Game Boy but it wasn’t the same as having her own. It made our Christmas buying for her simple. We bought her the Barbie: 12 Dancing Princesses game and her own Treasure Pink Game Boy Advance SP System. She was thrilled and has been enjoying both ever since receiving them. If you have a Princess on your gift list buy the 12 Dancing Princesses and let it be your ‘Crowning Touch’ to her. ~ Mrs. B.

Okay I’m a huge fan of Barbie and her game’s even though I’m 20. I bought this game and was debating on whether or not to get it on the GBA or DS Lite since I have both game system’s one I use for college the original GBA so I bought it in GBA format and this game is okay I like the graphic’s there alright for an ancient GBA game but in person I wasn’t as impressed with this game as much as I was with some of the other Barbie GBA title’s they have out this game really lack’s something I can’t quite pin point what but something I mean because usually I like the other Barbie title’s and all your doing is jumping around alot in the game basically I reflect this one I’m going to trade in and get the same game only in DS format beside’s I heard the DS version is suppose to be better than the GBA version. If your going to get any of the Barbie GBA title’s go for:
The Barbie Diaries – GBA
Barbie Groovey sports meeting – GBA
Barbie Secret Agent – GBA
I have these game’s and absolulety like these sports meeting to peice’s my favorite is The Barbie Diaries GBA vesion best barbie game ever.
As far as this one goes Barbie: 12 Dancing Princesses get it for the DS that’s what I’m going to do.

My best friends daughter has this game and it is my favorite to play everytime I’m over visiting, and I’m 27 years ancient. Very adorable graphics, and a scroll side to side game which I prefer. You collect food items and it is very cute. Honestly simple, but for a girl who grew up with Strawberry shortcake it brings back ancient memories and a lot of fun. I’ve only gotten to level 2 but don’t play it for more than half an hour so I don’t know how hard it gets.
